The Defiled live, supporting Romeo Must Die, Feb 8th 2009.
The band are one of the best I have seen in a long time, absolutely blistering performance, which was only marred by the usual poor lighting and the dreaded pillar in the Freebutt, Brighton.
Too much green and red and not turned up high enough marred the whole shoot. Once of the biggest problems with the Freebutt, is that it has these awkward corners on the stage, more than a three peice and anyone in the wings gets banished to darkness. Wish someone would just stand up and swivel a couple of the FOH lights.
