Today, I was quite touched to receive only my second testimonial via Flickr. Not wanting to sound old fashioned, or indeed old….er but there is a great value in commending somebody on a good job well done.
I had great success from the coverage of Fall Out Boy at the Brighton Centre last month, part of which was a rather lovely email asking if I sold my photographs. Why of course I do! And I was extremely happy to provide my enquirer with a contact sheet, some prices, and asked them to just let me know which ones they would like.
This was something quite interesting to me as there was somebody shooting at the show who was saying that they unofficially shot for the FOB fan club because the club didn’t ever do shots to give away for signings etc.
Seems crazy to me, but there you go, a really good idea I thought on her part.
The prints were done on Super Glossy paper as they are a very special memento for this person and thier friend and so I wanted them to look really eye bleedingly vibrant and a real reflection of the wonderful time they had.
