I’ve been in talks with Brighton’s independent newspaper The Argus in recent weeks, nothing confirmed as yet, but during our conversations a story came up about people complaining about the number of new black bins in Brighton. These were brought in several months ago to relieve the streets of garbage as until their arrival torn out black bags were the norm. Seagulls love raiding trash and they would lay waste to any bag in sight.
I said my bit, as usual on the comment boards, and mentioned to @BrightonArgusJo, that I had done a study on bins – the Trash Flavoured Trash = Trash Flavoured Trash collection.
It made me realise that there was more to be done and so I’ve picked up the camera to ramp up the journey. I’ve been travelling a bit recently, nationally, but it’s a big step for me, and have seen some good stuff but not had my camera in my bag, as I stopped carrying it around with me.
