I will be trying my hardest over the next few months to make sure not every photo I upload is of HTBM, but it will be hard. Over the last few weeks they’ve been hitting the road, and being the official media guy I have been busy busy busy – which leads me to a reasonably big announcement.
A few months back after some talks, meetings and small quantities of liquor, I have become a partner in Black Match Records, founded by HTBM vocalist Anthony Giles. The label went on hiatus at the end of 2007, but we have decided to shock the beast back to life, primarily to release the Here There Be Monsters EP, currently being mastered by Gez Waldron of Blackstorm (more on them soon).
We hope for the EP to be available as a ltd physical release with digital through all your usual channels some time in February next year (2010)
The shot above was taken from HTBM’s supporting slot with Brighton based Blackstorm at the Prince Albert on November 8th 2009. ore will be on the official Here There Be Monsters myspace page in the coming week.
