Surfaces - Engine Room, Brighton"][/caption] Went out to the first gig of the year on Sunday to watch the unstoppable Deathcore Surfaces with support from London Tech metal band The Safety Fire, post-hardcore The Roskov Landing and metalcore Among The Wolves at Engine Room in Brighton. 05.09.09Lighting test – high strobesPossibly the first self-portrait I have ever posted. This is another Adventure in Flash, preparing for tomorrows shoot with Brighton Metalcore demons Here There Be Monsters. I have a very specific lighting style in mind which suits the location scouted out earlier this week. On the shoot I will be using Nikon Speedlights as we are out and about, I will be working alone and.. well we may not strictly be somewhere we should, so lightweight and fast to setup/down is of the essence.
