GIGS AND EVENTS
24hrs notice is required for all events. You will be expected to arrange press access for all events and to notify confirmation of guest list spots and where passes are to be collected from.
Be aware that many venues have differing restrictions on photography. This will affect the type of coverage which can be provided. Some venues will only allow shooting of the first 3 songs of the set, some will not allow flash. Whenever possible the entire set list will be shot.
Gig and corporate event coverage starts at £100. You will also be expected to pay for guest list spots if expected by the venue. This will not be included within the final quotation.
PROMOTIONAL SHOOTS
I am always interested in the artistic direction of artists and models and am keen to ensure that you are involved in getting out the images you expect. Please note that the cost of promotional shoots will always vary in price depending on the location, length of shoot and requirements.
On Location
location shoots start from £150 for 3 hours and then a negotiable hourly rate after. This includes the cost of a photographer and assistant for the duration of the shoot.
In the Studio
I use Garage Studios - located in Brighton, East Sussex for all studio sessions. I am happy to source studio facilities closer to your location in order to keep your costs down. Price for studio shoots will vary depending on each studio but start from £200 for 3 hours. This will include 1 photographer and 1 assistant.
WHAT DO I GET?
Eshoot
Eshoot is a service specifically designed to cater for your online promotional requirements, it provides you with everything you need photographically for your online portfolio, website, social netowrking sites or any other form of electronic promotional materials.
Eshoot provides you with X1 set of images designed for web usage. These images will not be big enough in dimension or file size to produce prints. All images will be yours to keep, you will own the copyright and may do as you wish with them. All images will be provided on CD-ROM within 5 working days of the shoot.
This service is included in the price of your shoot and is the standard service provided for all clients.
Full Package
For those who want the full kit and kaboodle, the full package includes a complete set of images in multiple file formats, providing you with files which are suitable for both web and print, ensuring that your images can be used online and in all the major publications worldwide. You will also receive the photographers personal top 5 images as 8×10 inch prints. You own copyright to all images and may use them as you wish. You are able to make as many prints as you see fit.
Not only that, but your images will be uploaded to musicpictures.com one the of the worlds largest music photo agencies used by publications all over the world meaning that your image will be available to any publication from Kerrang and NME to Rolling Stone and Time magazine.
All images will be provided on CD-ROM, and prints on the best paper type to suit the style of the shoot and will be in your hands 7 business days after your shoot. Files of your choice will be uploaded to musicpictures.com upon reciept of your selection.
The Full Package is available at an additional cost of £50 on top of the cost of your shoot.
